GENERAL CONDITIONS
The campsite accepts the location rentals or lodging in the limits of its availability.
The campsite reserves the right to change the allocation of location or accommodation while staying in the same category or a higher category.
The contract is personal and can in no case be transferred. Only persons whose names appear on the contract will be allowed to stay on the campsite; any changes will remain in the approval of the campsite.
Any delayed arrival or cancellation of reservation must be made in writing (letter, e-mail)
All clients must comply with the rules of procedure
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian.
Automobile traffic is forbidden in the campsite between 10:30 p.m. and 8:15 a.m.
The Pets (dogs, cats …) are accepted (except category 1 and 2). These must be leashed at all times and are forbidden in the sanitary pregnant.A maximum of 1 dog weighing less than 15 kg is allowed in mobile home rentals,2 dogs maximum on camping pitches Their vaccination record, to date, must be presented at registration upon arrival.
The visitors, under the responsibility of their host, must register at the reception desk and pay the amounts due (if they will be owed by the customer); their vehicle must be parked on the parking lot. The visitors are obliged to respect the rules and leave the campsite before 11 a.m.
It is the client (and his companions) to insure. It is responsible for monitoring personal items (bicycles, miscellaneous equipment …). The campsite declines any responsibility in case of incidents under the responsibility of the customer or his companions.

Any disputes will be brought before the competent courts depending of the campsite.
The effective local tax will be settled upon invoicing.

LOCATION MOBIL-¬HOME
The reservation is effective only with your agreement and after receipt of your signed contract, the deposit of 25% of the total amount or the entire stay for bookings made less than one month before the date check.
Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m.
The hiring is personal and is accepted for the number of persons registered in the contract. It can not in any case exceed the capacity of the type of accommodation chosen. Additional guests will be billed according to the tariff.
No additional installation will only be allowed on the site
The tenant shall not, nor sublet or assign its rights under penalty of nullity of the contract.
In case of cancellation of stay camping retains:
• From 30 to 60 days prior to arrival: 25% of stay
• Less than 30 days before arrival: the entire stay
Upon arrival, the tenant is required to control and report in writing any defects.
- A deposit of 300 Euros will be requested before the keys.
This amount will be refunded to the tenant if the premises, equipment and surroundings are rendered in compliance with the inventory and perfectly clean.
Any breakage, damage or loss will be charged and deducted from the amount of the deposit. The bond holding does not preclude additional compensation if the costs exceed the amount of it
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. A lump sum of 80 Euros will be retained if the rental is not sufficiently cleaned.
No reduction will be granted in the case of a late arrival or early departure.
