Rez-de-chaussée : cuisine équipée (lave-vaisselle, four micro-onde), salon, TV, cheminée, salle de bain et WC séparés.
1er étage : 2 chambres avec lit 2 personnes, salle d'eau avec WC.
2ième étage : 4 couchages 1 personne.

When we receive your reservation request, we confirm you that your choice is available.
As soon as we receive the first payment, we send you by post the contract. You have to sign it and send it back.
Any cancellation of a booking must be made in writing. In case of a cancellation 30 days before your planned date of arrival, the first payment will be repaid.
The balance of the amount of the stay must be paid the day of your arrival. The amount of the stay is calculated after the date mentioned on the contract, no discount will be made for an early departure. For bookings from the 01/07 to 30/08 , the balance of the amount of the stay must be paid 30 days before your planned date of arrival.
Each hiring is nominal and can not be given or sublet.
Maximum capacity 4, 6 or 8 Pers and 1 car for the 4 or 6 pers. rentals and 2 cars for the 6/8 pers. rentals.

ARRIVALS - DEPARTURE
In july and august, we only rent from Saturday (16.00 P.M) to Saturday (10.00 P.M).
In case of you delay your arrival and if we don't have any information about this, your booking will be cancelled, after 24 hours and no refund will be made.
RENTAL PACKAGE
The apartments are equipped with crockery, furniture, heating, kitchen utensils, TV, microwave oven, covers and pillows. You can rent sheets (12 Euros/bed).
PETS
Pets are admitted in rented accomodations.
DEPOSIT
For rented accomodation a deposit of 150 Euros is requested on your arrival. If the mobile home has not been cleaned before your departure, 90 Euros will be kept. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of the stay or 8 days after deducting possible fees for repairs.
