Minors who are not with their parents are not accepted.
The balance of the whole stay has to be paid at arrival.
Payment methods: cash, checks, chèques vacances. Credit cards are not accepted on spot.
The stay will not be paid back in case of cancellation less than 31 days before arrival day, earlier departure or late arrival.
Insurance not included. If you don't come, the whole stay will be charged on the credit card.

Rates are VAT included, applicable per rent week from Saturday arrivals from 2pm to 7pm, to the following Saturday, departure from 8.30 am to noon.
Guarantee: 500 € per check or cash upon reservation + 25 € for file charges, the balance will be paid upon your arrival.
The city tax of 0.22 € per night and per person is not included.
